<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to shorten the computing time of the analysis of an electromagnetic wave by obtaining the first boundary, which is formed by projecting the image of an obstacle on a virtual plane when an electromagnetic-wave generating source is made to be the light source, and providing the second boundary, which is formed by projecting the image of the obstacle on the virtual plane with respect to the light sources that are in parallel with the planes to become the side surfaces of the obstacle regarding the electromagnetic-wave generating source. CONSTITUTION: A boundary 5 is formed by projecting the image of an obstacle 1 when an electromagnetic-wave generating source is made to be a light source 3. A boundary 6 is formed by projecting the image of the obstacle 3 on light sources 3a-3d in parallel with faces, which are to become side surfaces 1a-1d, with respect to the generating source. These boudaries are obtained beforehand. A region 7 at the outside of the boundary 5 is made to be the region, where only the direct wave arrives. A region 8, which is surrounded by the boundary 5 and the boundary 6, is made to be the region, where only one-time diffracted light wave arrives. A region 9, which is surrounded with the boundary 6, is made to be the region, where only twice diffracted wave arrives. The characteristic waves arriving from the generating source are determined in this way. When the strength of the electromagnetic wave at the arbitrary point in a virtual plane 4 is obtained, the computing time can be shortened by computing only the characteristic waves for every region.</p> |
