PURPOSE: To provide an roasted pattern-providing apparatus capable of providing a roasted pattern to raw formed article of hamburger steak kneaded meat without applying ultrahigh temperature heating means. CONSTITUTION: This roasted pattern-providing apparatus is equipped with a conveyer 2 for conveying a raw formed article (a) of hamburger steak kneaded meat to horizontal direction in a state in which raw formed article (a) of hamburger steak kneaded meat is horizontally put, a pattern-providing roller 3 installed so as to form a clearance 4 through which formed article can pass between the roller and a conveying line 2a of the conveyer on the conveying line 2a capable of providing a pattern onto the upper face of raw formed article and a coloring liquid feeding mechanism 5 installed on the conveying line and feeding a coloring liquid for providing roasted color onto the surface of the pattern part of the roller. |
