Rod on plate to hold skewer for meat

The rectangular plate (1) has a vertical rod (2) at one corner. The upper end of this (2') is bent and a skewer (10) is suspended from it by its end loop (11). The lower end of the rod is threaded and screws into a threaded hole in the plate. A watertight cap is joined to the rod and rests on the upper surface of the plate. A hollow (3), in another corner of the plate, holds a sauce or a pot which holds a sauce. A channel (4) round the edge of the plate can communicate with the hollow.
