<p>Flotation cell with hollow stirrer shaft to which is attached a circular disc with upwards and downwards pointing fingers at its periphery and another disc attached to it parallel but having a smaller diameter to clear the fingers. The larger disc is surrounded by a stationary stator fitted with blades at a radial angle of 55 - 60 degrees. Air is blown into cell from the wall. The arrangement gives good agitation of mineral suspensions.</p> |
