A filamentous layer is applied to the rubber part to form the connection between it and the thermoplastic. Pref. the layer is mfd. from a thermoplastic, e.g. polyamide fibres and this is plasticized before bonding to the thermo-plastic part, or a non-plasticizing layer can be bonded to the plasticized thermoplastic part.
