PURPOSE: To obtain a soup supply apparatus which is small enough as a whole to easily install it even at a small dead space in an existing kitchen and facilitate the introduction of the soup supply apparatus to a shop where its own original soup is prepared. CONSTITUTION: A soup supply apparatus consists of a soup storage device 3 to store straight soup S in a heated state and a soup supply apparatus main body 2 to supply the soup stored in the soup storage device 3 into specified dishes. The soup storage device 3 and the soup supply apparatus main body 2 are built independently and connected by a soup supply pipeline 5 with a soup supply pump 4. A heating tank 7 that has a soup storage capacity smaller than the soup storage device 3 and equipped with a heater 15, a temperature sensor 16 and a liquid level meter 17 and a solenoid valve 8 to measure the soup to be supplied into the dishes from the heating tank 7 are provided inside a casing 6 of the soup supply apparatus main body 2. |
