PURPOSE: To obtain the DNA fragment containing a gene coding a specific Trp B protein and a gene coding a specific Trp A protein, enabling to obtain a Conynebacterium bacterium having a high tryptophan synthetase-producing ability, and useful in the fields of foods, medicines, livestock, etc. CONSTITUTION: This DNA fragment contains a gene coding Trp B protein expressed by an amino acid sequence ranging from the No.1 amino acid to the No.417 amino acid in the sequence of the formula and a gene coding Trp A protein expressed by an amino acid sequence ranging from the No.418 amino acid to the No.697 amino acid. |
