PURPOSE: To prevent a sticking foreign matter which is removed from scattering when removing by cleaning the foreign matter from the inner wall surface of piping such as a heat transfer tube used on a nuclear power plant, and prevent radioactive pollutants from spreading and protect maintenance crew against such pollutants, by cutting short a working time to reduce an exposure to radioactivity and inhibiting the generation of radioactive dust, especially when removing radioactive sticking foreign matter by cleaning. CONSTITUTION: This intratube cleaning device is equipped with a head 16 which is inserted into a tube to be cleaned and is filled with a cleaning fluid internally. This head 16 is equipped with a rotor 44 with a fin which rotates by the flow of the cleaning fluid, and a brush unit 66 for cleaning the interior of the tube is fixed to the outer surface of the rotor. The cleaning fluid after passing through the fin is ejected to the inner surface of the tube ahead of the brush unit 66 by a nozzle hole 64 formed on a cap located at the tip of the head.
