PURPOSE: To directly detect whether the specified cable is drawn out or not in the assembly of a temporarily binding body by providing a means which detects the condition in which the cable is held to be freely drawn out in an inserting groove. CONSTITUTION: When cable 31 is inserted into an inserting groove 43 the cable 31 is sandwiched between a pressing plane 44c and an internal wall plane 43a by the biasing force of a torsion coil spring 45. Under such condition, the cable 31 is held to be freely drawn out in the inserting groove 53. At the point that the cable 31 is sandwiched between the pressing plane 44c and the internal wall plane 43a, a cable pressing member 44 is permitted to be in the releasing posture. Then, a limit switch 64 allows input, and a cable drawn-out detection signal is inputted. In such case, since the limit switch 64 detects that the cable pressing member 44 is holding the cable 31, the device reliably detects that the cable 31 is removed. The device is permitted to recognize that the cable 31 is being removed while the cable pressing member 44 is in releasing condition. |
