摘要

The method for reducing generation of copper powder comprises the steps of: a) cutting insulator of cable with oil actuated cutter in first; and b) cutting conductor of cable with conductive clamp and conductive cutter in second. The oil actuated cutter includes fixed(31) and moving(32) blades, a piston(33) placed between the moving blade and a oil cylinder(33), a lever(35) adjusting moving direction of the blade, and a hose connector(37) connected to a oil pump. The conductive cutter includes a blade(54) operated by a piston(55) and a handle(56) adjusting moving direction of the blade.
