PURPOSE: To realize an integral structure with a device body and to enable arrangement of a product name, a manufacturer name, a design pattern, etc., in an outer side of the device. CONSTITUTION: In a solar battery unit 20 which is comprised of a photovoltaic element 2 which converts light of a wavelength of at least visible range to electricity and a light transmitting protection part 1 enclosing a circumference of the photovoltaic element 2, a pattern forming letters and picture patterns by partially changing irregular shapes is arranged in a front side of the light transmitting protection part 1 positioned in a condenser surface side of the photovoltaic element 2. The light transmitting protection part 1 is a lamination body consisting of two transparent resin layers formed of different materials. A first transparent layer formed on a surface of the photovoltaic element 2 is resin of excellent electrical insulation property. A second transparent resin formed on a surface of the first transparent resin layer is resin of excellent weather resistance. |
