PURPOSE: To provide optical waveguide parts by which precise monitor data can be obtained because the multiple reflection of a reflection element is suppressed when they are assembled in a monitor system for optical communication. CONSTITUTION: One main waveguide 3a and the branched waveguide 3b branched from the main waveguide 3a are formed on an identical substrate. Then, a filter element 5 is arranged at the branching part 4 of the waveguides 3a and 3b. Besides, the plural reflection elements R1 -R8 are arranged in the extending direction of the waveguide 3b. Then, intervals 11 -17 between the respective elements R1 -R8 are set so as to be mutually different. |
