PURPOSE:To improve the reliabilty and safety of the guidance of a vessel to a pier by finding an absolute value of the difference between the previous and current measured value of speed, by detecting therefrom a change in acceleration or deceleration of the speed of coming alongside the pier, by deciding the current measured value to be abnormal when said value exceeds a prescribed one, and by prohibiting the output thereof. CONSTITUTION:In an abnormal value removing device, a current measured value of speed outputted from a decimal counter 20 and a previous measured value of speed from a memory 21 are given to a comparator 31, and an output of a gate signal having a pulse width according to the difference between the above values is given as an instruction to a gate circuit 32. Based on this instruction, a counter 33 counts measurement pulses from a pulse generator 16. A measured value from the counter 33, which indicates acceleration or deceleration, is compared with a prescribed value which is given to a comparator 34 and set beforehand in a setting unit 35. When the measured value exceeds the prescribed value set in the setting unit 36, the comparator 34 delivers an abnormality detection signal to a gate 36, prohibiting the output of a memory pulse for writing to memories 18 and 21. |
