PURPOSE:To provide composition being excellent in plasma separation, by a method wherein inorganic fine powder being not soluble in water and having a certain specific surface, viscous liquid having strong interaction to the fine powder, viscous liquid without strong interaction to the fine powder, and specified amine are mixed. CONSTITUTION:Mixture of inorganic fine powder (a) such as silica fine powder being not soluble in water and having specific surface of 10-500m<2>/g, viscous liquid (b) (having CO-group such as COOH, CONH2 or epoxy group in molecule) of viscosity 200-30,000 centipoise having strong interaction to the powder (a) (i.e. having little deviation in distribution even distributed uniformly in the viscous liquid and then subjected to centrigual separation at 4,000r.p.m.), viscous liquid (c) such as polybutene of viscosity 5,000-150,000 centipoise without strong interaction to the powder (a), and stabilizer such as amine compound represented by formula where R1, R2, R3 are Hydrogen atom or alkil group respectively, in addition, at least one of R1, R2, R3 is a higher alkyl group, with not less than 8 of C, mono-substituted with a higher alkyl group or poly oxyalkylene group, being not soluble in water, constitutes a composition having mixture viscosity of 60,000-400,000 centipoise. This composition has specific gravity being intermediate between serum and cruor and is excellent in thixotropy and storage stability, and particularly strong centrifugal force is not required at separation. |
