A very flat small perforating device (1) is proposed which can be suspended in a ring-file, where it can be used as a clamp. The special design of the holes (5, 6; 16, 18, 17, 19) by means of which the small perforating device (1) is suspended in the ring file makes it possible to use the small perforating device (1) to make perforations even when it is acting as a clamp. <IMAGE>
