PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual contamination among samples, by providing an outer tube having an opening extending over one part of a conical top end and one part of a side surface, an inner tube which is brought into contact at the inside with this outer tube and has an opening extending over the one part of the conical top end and the one part of the side surface and a means which makes this inner tube rotate and tap. CONSTITUTION:A motor 6 is operated to rotate an inner tube 2 and to close an opening 3 of an outer tube 1 by the inner tube 2 at the state that the opening 3 is buried in powder. The powder is confined in the gap between the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2. A supporting base 8 is raised and the outer tube 1 is taken out to the outside, and the inner tube 2 is rotated again in another vessel and the opening of the tube 1 and the opening of the tube 2 are made to coincide and the powder confined in the gap between the tube 1 and the tube 2 is discharged. When a solenoid 17 is excited intermittently, it is possible to tap the inner tube 2 continuously by a metallic member 9 at the top end and to melt the residual powder in the tube 1 and the tube 2. |
