WATER-PROOFING BOARD AND THE METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

The multi-layered waterproof plywood is manufactured by (a) grinding surface layer material, which consists of easily melting fibers like nylon, and inner layer material, which is a mixture of waste fibers and waste vinyl resin and hard to melt ; (b) forming thin plates of proper sizes from each base material by press rolls and heated rolls ; (c) inserting multiple inner thin plates (B,B',B") between surface thin plates (A,A') ; and (d) applying adhesive on folded inner plates and then heat pressing them.
