PURPOSE:To facilitate the registering work of a customer number to each scale, by forming a number card magnetically storing a number set at every customer and reading said number card by the card reader mounted to a scale. CONSTITUTION:A card reader 6 for automatically reading the memory content of a number card having a customer number stored therein is provided to each scale 1 and a front key 11 and a register mode switch 13 are provided to a main body case 8. At the time of input by the reader 6, the customer number is inputted to be registered and, subsequently, if the switch 13 is turned ON, an in-line mode is taken. Unless the key 11 is pushed, scale data is read and automatic zero processing is performed to perform the processing of data from a quartz timer. The individual scale 1 is operated as mentioned above but the customer holding the card 5 allows the reader 6 to automatically read the card at the time of purchase to register the number thereof. |
