<p>PURPOSE:To remove a special key for initialization, to eliminate the constraint in the design and to decrease the device cost by initializing the equipment by a resetting signal generated by the retractable action of the connector for the keyboard. CONSTITUTION:When a power source 4 is operated, electricity is supplied to respective parts in a main body 1 and a keyboard control circuit 5 in a keyboard 2 and a resetting signal generating circuit 6. At such a time, the circuit 6 generates a signal RESET. The signal is sent to the circuit 5, initializes the keyboard 2, and also sent through a connector 12 for the keyboard to a main body control circuit 3 and initializes the circuit 3. Thus, the electronic equipment enters the action condition. Next, when the forcible initialization is necessary when the program runs away, the keyboard 2 is cone pulled out of the connector 12, and again inserted into the connector 12, and then, the same condition as the electricity supply initialing is obtained for the circuit 6, thereby the circuit 6 is operated, the circuit 5 and 3 are initialized, the electronic equipment can be recovered from the running-away condition.</p> |
