<p>PURPOSE:To form a sharp multicolor filter by modifying the surface at a temperature lower than that of dyeing. CONSTITUTION:The body to be dyed made of a resin film is selectively exposed and developed to form a prescribed pattern, and this photosensitive body to be dyed having said pattern is dyed, then, treated with an aqueous solution of tannic acid and acetic acid, further with an aqueous solution of antimonyl potassium tartarate, and the surface is modified and elevated in resistance to dyeing by conducting such operations at a temperature lower than that of dyeing, thus permitting elution of the dye from said film to be prevented at the time of the surface modification. When the second color is dyed after dyeing the first color at a temperature lower than that of the surface modification of the first dyeing, and when many colors are to be dyed, the color having the optimum dyeing temperature higher than those of the other colors is dyed first and the other colors are dyed likewise in this order at a temperature lower than the surface modification temperature of the preceding dyeing.</p> |
