PURPOSE:To eliminate a time deviation both for a short period of time and a long period of time, by comparing outputs of a reference signal counter and a power supply counter with each other so as to correct a time when the result of comparison exceeds a prescribed value, and by providing a power stoppage detecting device and a power source for the time of power stoppage. CONSTITUTION:A time piece 3 with corrective function operates with a timing pulse (a) delivered every one second from a reference signal counter 2. Meanwhile, the pulse (a), a timing pulse (b) delivered every one second from a power supply counter 5 and an output (c) of a wave-shaping device 4 are inputted to a comparing device 6 and compared therein. When a comparison value exceeds a prescribed limit, a time of the clock 3 is corrected. A power stoppage detecting device 7 is connected to the device 4 and detects a power stoppage. When the power stoppage is detected, a power source for the time of power stoppage supplies a power to a reference signal generating device 1, the counter 2, the timepiece 3 and the comparing device 6. In this way, a time count is conducted correctly even at the time of power stoppage, and thus a timepiece apparatus free from a time deviation (both for a short period of time and a long period of time can be prepared. |
