PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution for preventing a forgery, and also, to obtain a recording medium of a large capacity by making its shape solid, and forming its side face to a curved surface, for instance, a spherical body, an egg shape or a column. CONSTITUTION:A part of a spherical body 5 is formed to a plane part 6, a rotary core hole 7 is provided on its center, and a dead-weight 8 is attached to the inside of the flat part. As for a material, a plastic resin is selected, and a magnetic storage part 9 is provided on the periphery of the curved surface of the spherical body 5. As for the spherical body 5, both a hollow and filling to the inside are available. As for its dimension, in order to secure the storage capacity of a card type, diameter 40mm is enough, and as a matter of fact, about 40-60mm is desirable by considering the storage capacity and portability. The magnetic storage part 9 is positioned in the center part of the magnetic spherical body 5 and its width is set to about 10-20mm. By forming its shape to a three-dimensional one, a forgery can be easily prevented.
