PURPOSE: To restrain defective generated by a color change to the minimum extent by improving an extruder. CONSTITUTION: An extruder is provided with an extruding mechanism to extrude covering inner layer resin, two auxiliary extruding mechanisms 10a and 10b to extrude covering outer layer coloring resin to form a colored covering outer layer of an insulating covered electric wire and a single die 30 where these main extruding mechanism and auxiliary extruding mechanisms 10a and 10b are connected to each other through melting resin passages 21, 22a, 22b and 23. In the melting resin passages 22a and 22b, either one can be communicated with the melting resin passage 23 by a directional control valve 40. A cap having a resin delivering hole having a diameter smaller than an overflow hole is installed in the overflow hole through a tube as an overflow pressure regulating body. |
