发明名称 LASER OSCILLATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a stable operation by superposing a voice frequency component on a driving DC power source of a laser diode, and so controlling an oscillation wavelength as to coincide with the light absorption beam of a solid state laser element at a temperature according to a phase difference between the component and a voice frequency of an output laser light. CONSTITUTION:A DC power source 2 receives an output signal of a voice frequency oscillator l, superposes a small voice frequency component thereon, and outputs it. Thus, a laser diode 3 oscillates a diode laser light. The temperature of the diode 3 is set by a temperature controller 5. A signal processor 14 outputs a negative voltage, a zero voltage or a positive voltage according to whether the oscillation wavelength of the diode laser is the short wavelength side, center or long wavelength side of the light absorption beam of a solid state laser element 7 by the phase discrimination result of a phase discriminator 13, and controls temperature setting of the controller 5. Characteristic changes of the element 7 or the diode 3 are suppressed to always automatically bring the oscillation wavelength of the laser 3 into coincidence with the center of the absorption beam of the element 7.
