PURPOSE:To reduce the height of a vulcanizing machine and to contrive to save its space by a method in which, when a green tire is moved above a vulcanizing bladder by a loader, while the raised height of the vulcanizing bladder is reduced lower than the raised height of the vulcanizing bladder in vulcanization, the green tire is moved downward by the loader and is fitted to the vulcanizing bladder. CONSTITUTION:When a green tire 40 is moved above a vulcanizing bladder 36 by a loader 38, while the raised height HS of the vulcanizing bladder 36 is reduced lower than the raised height Ho of the vulcanizing bladder 36 in vulcanization, the green tire 40 is moved downward by the loader 38 and is fitted onto the vulcanizing bladder 36. Simultaneously with said process, the raised height of the vulcanizing bladder 36 is raised and restored to the height Ho in vulcanization. Accordingly, the height of a vulcanizing machine 10 may be lowered and its space is saved, and further the opening and closing times of a vulcanizing vessel may be shortened, thereby improving its productivity. |
