PURPOSE:To directly and automatically monitor the change inclination of temperature distribution of a vaporization panel and simplify and improve the monitoring by photographing a LNG vaporizer to be monitored with an infrared camera and monitoring the LNG vaporizer by infrared ray radiation distribution from the infrared ray camera. CONSTITUTION:An open lack type vaporizer 1 (LNG vaporizer) capable of allowing sea water to uniformly flow using a sea water trough 6, in which a vaporizing panel 5 is constituted in the upper part of both side faces by continuously arranging a tube 4 provided with a fin between the upper gas header tube 2 and lower header tube 3 in rows, the photographed with an infrared ray camera 7 and the image is decomposed into a number of image elements by treating means 9, and temperature is detected every image element and the temperature distribution is displayed on a display mans 13 by various displays 12 using isotherm, color pattern, etc. When the temperature distribution becomes uneven, the treating means 9 operates alarm means 10 and simultaneously operates flow rate control means 11 to carry out the objective monitoring. |
