PURPOSE: To provide a mass spectrometry device which is particularly applied to an analysis of large molecule contained within a biological and biochemical sample. CONSTITUTION: This mass spectrometry device is provided with an ion source 10 for analysis, an ion storing device 20 separating the ion source as a function of different mass-electric charge ratios, a means 30 dissociating the ion source separated for generating molecular ion and an ion mirror 40 analyzing molecular ion as the function of the mass-electric charge ratios.
