PURPOSE:To provide a driving method for an energy saving step motor being employed in a system wherein the motor repeats rotation/stop frequently. CONSTITUTION:First to fourth pulses of input pulse are driven in 1-2 phase excitation, fifth and following pulses are driven in two phase excitation, and last one pulse is driven in 1-2 phase excitation. Furthermore, the step motor is driven in single phase at the time of start and stop and when it is started after stoppage, same phase is excited in same exciting system. |
