CUTTER POLISHING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To automatically polish the blade of a cutter for cutting the lead wire of parts for a printed board without removing the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A thin cylindrical magnet 20 rotated/driven by a third motor 19 is disposed being set to the polished angle of a disk-shape cutter 12 to be polished. The magnet 20 is reciprocated in the direction of a rotational center axis, and the magnet 20 and the whole reciprocating device 24 for reciprocating the magnet 20 are moved forward/backward horizontally according to the abrasion state of the cutter 12.
