PURPOSE: To improve the burning efficiency, to expedite the gasification, to reduce odor and to decrease smoke soots by providing a charge inlet unit for receiving waste at one end of an incinerating furnace body and a cyclone type secondary incinerator at the other end. CONSTITUTION: An incinerating furnace comprises an incinerating furnace body 12 on a frame 10, a charging inlet unit 14 formed to receive waste to be incinerated and to feed it to the body 12, and a cyclone type secondary incinerator 16 connected to the other end of the body 12. Refuse fed from a solid-liquid separator 50 to the inlet 30 of the unit 14 is fed by a screw conveyor 28 to the body 12, the fed refuse is fed longitudinally while being burned, and the incinerated ash is externally discharged by an ash delivery conveyor 34 from an incinerated material discharge end 24. Unburned gas or incompletely burned gas is fed to a cyclone type secondary incinerating furnace 38 via a connecting tube 36, and completely burned. |
