<p>PURPOSE:To provide an integrated circuit capable of forming a variety of functional circuits depending on which diodes are selected to turn on. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit includes operational amplifiers 1a and 1b as predetermined functional blocks, and resistors 2a and 2b as circuit components. The resistors 2a and 2b are connected at one end with the inputs of the operational amplifiers 1a and 1b through first wires W1 and first pads P1. The resistors are connected at the other end with the outputs of the operational amplifiers through second wires W2 and second pads P2. There are also provided resistors 3a to 3d connected with third and fourth wires W3 and W4 and third and fourth pads P3 and P4. Further, fifth wires W5 connected with fifth pads P5. Matrix circuits 4a and 4b are provided to control the connections of wires W1 to W5. The matrix circuits include zener diodes ZD that turn on when voltage is applied to the pads P1 to P5.</p> |
