PURPOSE:To keep a storing chamber at such a humidity as one being suitable for storing wine or foods and drinks not preferable for a quite high humidity. CONSTITUTION:A thermal conductive box 3 is disposed in a thermal insulating box 1 with a clearance being left in it. An evaporator 12 and a cold air circulation fan 13 are disposed in a cold air passage 4 formed between the thermal insulating box 1 and the thermal conductive box 3. The thermal conductive box 3 is formed with a discharging small hole 21 and a suction small hole 22 for feeding a part of cold air to be circulated in a cold air passage 4.
