The chestnut processing system comprises a device (A) that sorts chestnuts by a sorting plate (3) with holes (4)(4')(4") having different diameters connected to a storage tank (H2) connected to the input hole (K) of a cutting device that cuts the chestnut by a cutter (22) fixed at a cutter roller (21). The discharge hole (43) of the dryer is connected to the input hole (52) of a device (D) that peels the nutshell by a wood roller (54) and a hitting bar (58). The separation chamber (64) of the peeling device is coupled to the storage tank (H5) of a pulverizer (E) that pulverizes chestnut by a pulverizing plate (75) and a wing (78) of a rotary plate (77).
