<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the falling of toner lumps and to prevent the generation of deterioration in images by introducing and combining plural pieces of spirals of the same pitch between the respective pitches. CONSTITUTION:A transporting means 104 in a toner supplying pipe is constituted by introducing and combining two pieces of the screw-shaped spirals 106, 107 of the same pitch between the respective pitches. The spirals 106, 107 are mounted to a revolving shaft 108 freely rotatably supported to the toner supplying pipe so that the spirals can rotate integrally. The toners in a toner replenishing means are transported down to the dropping port of the toner supplying pipe by a transporting means 104 and are supplied from this dropping port to the inside of the developing device. Since the spirals 106, 107 are introduced between the respective pitches to reduce the transportation pitch in such a case, the lumps of the toners are diminished at the same rotating speed as in the case of one piece of the spiral and dropped in this state without decreasing the toner supplying rate. The generation of the agitation defect in the developing device is, therefore, obviated.</p> |
