<p>PURPOSE:To obtain polyurethane moldings out of elastic polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION:By treating polyurethane elastic foam obtained by employing polyoxyalkylene polyol having the hydroxyl value of 11-24, the total degree of unsaturation of 0.026 or less and the number of hydroxyl groups of 3 under heat and pressure at the temperature of 180 deg.C and the pressure of 180kg/cm<2> for 5min, a polyurethane molding, the density of which becomes 15-16 times as dense as that of the foam, is produced. Accordingly, the resultant polyurethane has excellent physical properties.</p> |
