PURPOSE: To increase the cycle life of a battery and stabilize shutdown characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A non-sintered molding obtained by extrusion of paste of polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder is biaxially oriented at a temperature of less than melting point, then completely sintered with bundled. This process includes a step in which a polytetrafluoroethylene porous resin film 1 is formed, a step in which a hot melt polymer particle layer 2 is formed on the surface of the porous resin film 1, and a step in which an anchor 3 is formed in the polymer particle layer 2. |
