PURPOSE: To operate an actuator quickly when cargo handling work is started by reducing load to be applied to an engine when no cargo handling work is performed to reduce power loss. CONSTITUTION: An inclination angle of a swash plate 7 is 0 deg. due to elastic force of a restoration spring 16 when no cargo handling work is performed. Also, a solenoid 36 which presses a control piston 21 by operating a main switch 37 and elongates a control piston 21 arbitrarily to set an inclination angle of the swash plate 7 to 2-5 deg. is provided. As a result, it is possible to keep pressure in a bore 5 at atmospheric pressure so far as the main switch 37 is not turned on and reduce load on an engine. Consequently, it is possible to improve fuel consumption, power efficiency of a hydraulic motor connected with the engine, and drivability. |
