PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the interior of a room. CONSTITUTION:A second unit 20 provided with a bath room 25 having a high floor face part 26B and a storing space 29 under the bath room 25, is installed on a first unit 10 provided with a lavatory 15 having a low ceiling face part 16B and a storing space 19 over the lavatory 15, and hence a unit type building 30 is built. The respective storing spaces 19, 29 of the respective units 10, 20 are opposed, and the unit type building 30 is provided with a large storing space 32 formed out of both spaces 19, 29. Although the height in the room is lower than a living room 13 and the like, there is no problem for the use of the lavatory 15 and the like, and effective utilization of the interior of the room can be attained, because the storing space 32 can be used. |
