PURPOSE:To add, correct, delete, and supplement additional table information with a good efficiency even when a large quantity of data is processed by a method wherein the additional information is added as composing data to character data in a cell that is set to an additional information change possible state by a change possible/impossible setting means. CONSTITUTION:A system comprises a display means 3 composed of a CRT and the like displaying a table formed by a data processing part 1, an output means 4 composed of a printer and the like printing the table formed by the data processing part 1, and a storage means 5 storing ruled line data, character data, composing data, and the like. The data processing means 1 consists of a cell group selection means 11, an additional information display means 12, an additional information selection means 13, a change possible/impossible setting means 14, an adding means 15, and a table forming means 16. The cell group selection means 11 displays in a window any one cell group selected out of a column, a row, and a whole of a table displayed on the display means 3. |
