PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and hence reduce failure factors and at the same time improve assembly property by providing parts at a motor cover and then a connection hole part where the side surface of an external terminal directly contacts the connection surface of a brush arm. CONSTITUTION:An engagement part 12, arm retention parts 13a and 13b, a bearing 14, connection hole parts 16a and 16b with brush arms 11a and 11b, and a retention part 18 of a thermistor 17 with positive characteristics are formed in one piece at a motor cover 10. Then, a connection 11b-1is exposed to the inner surface side of a hole part 16b while the brush arm 11b is retained at the arm retention part 13b for making contact with the side surface when a connection member 15b is inserted. Also, a connection part 11a-1 is exposed to the side surface of the retention part 18 while the brush arm 11a is retained at the arm retention part 13a for making connection to the PTC 17, thus achieving connection to an external circuit without adding terminal parts etc., and hence reducing failure factors and hence reducing cost and at the same time achieving assembly easily. |
