PURPOSE: To provide a method for the preparation of porcelain dental restorations having conformable hue value, chroma value and lightness value. CONSTITUTION: In the three powders is respectively labeled containers, the first powder has a first lightness value when formed into a least porcelain layer, the second powder has a second lightness value when formed into a less opaque ceramic layer and the third powder has a third lightness value when formed into the most opaque ceramic layer. A lightness value difference between the third value and the first value is <=2.5 CIE La*b* unit. The first powder has a first hue when formed into a least porcelain layer, the second powder has a hue when formed into a less opaque ceramic layer and the third powder has a third hue when formed into the most opaque ceramic layer. Preferably, the first hue and the second hue are within 5 degree of CIE psychometric hue angle of the third hue. |
