PURPOSE: To circulate a composite document as an electronic circulation document by an easy operating method by appending a circulation slip in the composite document by an electronic circulation document preparing means and electrically circulating the composite document. CONSTITUTION: A circulation member A prepares a document by a document preparing means 11. Then an electronic circulation object server 12 prepares a circulation table 16 containing a circulation route of circulation members A-C, and puts the circulation table 16 in the composite document 10 by using a composite document preparing means 13 to prepare the electric circulation document. As the composite document 10 is prepared, the electronic circulation document preparing means 12 prepares a circulation route management file 15 and management information on a document name, the circulation route, etc., is written. According to the circulation route of the circulation table 16, the composite document is transferred to the circulation document reception box 38 of the next member B and a circulation route management means file 25 is transferred to the circulation document reception boxes 37-39 of the respective circulation members. |
