This invention is a manufacturing method of mudfish powder to produce on an economical scale. The mudfish powder is made by : (a) removing the insides from mudfishes; (b) removing remains by salt water; (c) cleaning salt water; (d) drying for 15-20 min. under shade; (e) cooling for 1 hr under -1-5 deg.C; (f) smashing to a radious of 0.5cm; (g) drying for 4hrs under 65 deg.C; (h) smashing finely. |
