PROGRESSING STATUS DISPLAY APPARATUS AND METHOD OF RECORDING MEDIA

The objective of this is to provide indicating method and apparatus which can indicate the progressing amount of recording media by counting the progressing amount accurately. The apparatus comprises: a micom(10) for controlling system; a head(11) for extracting control pulse array recorded on a recording media and for recording control pulse to the recording media; a servo control part(12) which controls the recording media run by the control pulse inputted from the head when playing and that provides control pulse array when recording under the control of the micom; a wave shape rectifying part(13) which transmits the control pulse array inputted from the servo control part to the servo control part and the micom by rectifying the control pulse array inputted from the header after transmitting the control pulse array to the head when recording by being connected among the servo control part, the head and the micom; a counter(14) which counts the record amount of the recording media under the control of the micom(10).
