PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confine a silicone oligomer existing on the surface of an electrically conductive silicone rubber roll and to prevent the occurrence of voids in a copied image. SOLUTION: An electrically conductive silicone rubber layer 2 having <=10<5>Ω.cm volume resistivity, a middle layer 3 of electrically conductive fluororubber having <=10<5> .Ωcm volume resistivity and 10-50μm thickness and a surface layer 4 of electrically conductive urethane rubber having 10<6> -10<9>Ω.cm volume resistivity and 10-50μm thickness are successively formed on the periphery of the core shaft 1 of a roll. The middle layer 3 acts as a barrier against a silicone oligomer.
