<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a desired picture, and to change a picture displayed on a screen according to the change of a date or a time. SOLUTION: Plural background picture data are stored in a picture memory 12. A main controlling part 11 reads a date and a time from a clock counter 14, and detects whether or not the date or the time is set in the operating time register of a setting and storing part 17. For example, when the operating time register in which the date read from the clock counter 14 is set is present, a background designated by an instruction set in an operation definition register making a pair with the operating time register is read from a picture memory 12, and transferred to a picture data display buffer 13. Thus, the background picture is changed to the designated picture at the designated date.</p> |
