<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore frequency interleaving between a luminance signal component and a carrier chrominance signal component by resampling a digital composite video signal based on a resample coefficient, color burst lock clock and line lock clock. SOLUTION: A resampling means 4 is provided for resampling the digital composite video signal based on the resample coefficient, color burst lock clock and line lock clock. The resampling means 4 performs level correction to a luminance signal Y3 and a chrominance signal C3 sampled by a color burst lock clock CK(C) according to a resample coefficient (K, 1-K), and the digital luminance signal Y and chrominance signal C are provided while restoring frequency interleaving between the luminance signal component and the carrier chrominance signal component for the composite video signal according to a corrected write reset pulse wrst, read reset pulse rrst and line lock clock CK(H).</p> |
