摘要 FIELD: electromechanical gas pistol (hereinafter referred to as pistol) is intended for self-defence of citizens from one-man or group attack by firing of single shots or bursts of sound or gas electric cartridges. SUBSTANCE: the pistol has: - a single-piece body or body detachable with the barrel, all other assemblies and members are attached to it; - the main detachable unit of cartridge chambers are located in a single or several rows at any angle to the bore longitudinal axis and have a common channel in each row entering the pistol barrel; - an additional detachable barrel assembly installed separately from the main magazine in the pistol front part, having a single or several rows of cartridge chambers located in parallel or at an angle to the pistol longitudinal axis, seats of cartridge chambers, having one common for all or for each separately muzzle opening, through which gases are discharged at a shot; - an independent electric power unit based on a storage or primary-cell battery inserted in the pistol grip; - an electronic unit used to control the fire modes, installed in the rear part of the pistol; - an electromechanical trigger mechanism for direct fire control; it has a trigger, spring-loaded used to keep the trigger, in the released state, and create a sensation of actual firing pressure at the finger; an electric switch of the fire circuits controlled by the trigger; mechanical safety device used to lock the trigger and prevent a spontaneous shot; - a pistol electric power supply ON/OFF switch; - a light indicator of pistol readiness to fire; - a digital luminous indicator of presence and quantity of live cartridges in the magazine selected for shooting (main or additional one); - a change lever; - a "main-additional" magazine selector switch. Sound and gas cartridges with an electric primer instead of the detonating cap are used in the pistol for shooting. The calibre of electric cartridges is determined at development of the production prototype. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
