PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform preparation at a low price by trimming a base material along with a conductor for voice coil connection so as to leave the signal input end of the conductor for the voice coil connection as a projected part from the base material. SOLUTION: An edge base material B for which a roll part 11r where a plain weave cotton yarn line 2h is mounted to a prescribed position is already molded is shifted to a trimming process and the unrequired parts of an inner side part and an outer side part are cut off. In this case, a trimming die for trimming is manufactured, a molded item to which the plain weave cotton yarn line 2h is already mounted is installed to the trimming die, press work is executed and excessive parts are cut off. In such a manner, the end part of the plain weave cotton yarn line 2h arranged on a square hole is cut to a prescribed dimension and arranged in a state where a base cloth B is not present in a tongue piece shape on the outer side of the sticking margin part of an edge, that is in the state of being extended in the tongue piece shape to an outer side from the outer peripheral part of the sticking margin part while the surface side and back surface side of the plain weave cotton yarn line 2h are both kept exposed, and further, the structure of extending yarn for sewing in the plain weave cotton yarn lines 2ha and 2hb is attained. |
