The lock has a slot formed in a first section and having first and second abutment surfaces spaced apart in the direction of the movement. A heel portion is integral with or rigidly fixed to the second section and projects from the second section into the slot and has third and fourth abutment surfaces spaced apart in the direction of the movement. The third abutment surface is arranged to engage the first abutment surface to limit relative movement in a first direction when the apparatus is unlocked. A locking wedge is mounted in the second section.
